How resilient is US Constitutional Law? What are the consequences of the fierce actions of the current US government against courts, universities, the media, and those who think differently? What do the repressions mean for the principle of the separation of powers and fundamental rights? Will the courts be able to uphold constitutional values?
On October 31st Professor Russell A. Miller from Washington & Lee University Law School will participate in a roundtable in which he will discuss these and other questions concerning current challenges to U.S. constitutional law.
He will be joined by Professors Michele Di Bari, Irina Domurath, and Giovanna Tieghi from the SPGI Department.
